The XV stage of the V Edition of the International Streetfood arrives at the Idroscalo
The XV stage of the V Edition of the International Streetfood organized by Alfredo Orofino arrives at the Idroscalo in Milan. From Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 September 2021, it is an event that brings with it all the aromas and flavors of the most famous dishes of regional and international cuisine. On Thursdays from 6 pm, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon, the entrance is from Porta Maggiore (West hole Via circonvallazione idroscalo 37).
The event has reached its fifteenth stage was very popular with the public, who welcomed this tour with great enthusiasm.
Many arrived, to taste the delicacies cooked by the protagonists of this Festival, the chefs on the road, who defend their street food with stubbornness and pride, in the name of all the best street foods . In this stage there will be 25 stands, 20 of food and 5 of beer. It will be possible to taste the Abruzzo arrosticini, the Apulian bombette, the Tuscan lampredotto, the Neapolitan fish coppo, the delicacies of the Italian gourmet burger, all Italian meat such as scottona and Chianina, the Pontine puccia from Latina, Mexican cuisine, the Argentine one and the Valencian paella. There will also be a truck with Sicilian products from Palermo, with arancini, ca'meusa bread, cannoli, cassata and an Apulian counter with burnt wheat orecchiette, burrata and the famous sweet pasticciotto all from Lecce. . In addition to Italian breweries, there will also be foreign ones from the Czech Republic, England and Germany.
Many itinerant restaurants, qualified chefs ready to amaze with the particularities and quality of their cuisine.
Excellence, originality, tradition and cleanliness are the watchwords for each stage of this festival. In the same place it is possible to taste products from different countries, from distant places and be enveloped by many
aromas and flavors.
