The physics of Star Wars at the Planetarium

Will it ever be possible to build a lightsaber? Is it plausible that the Millennium Falcon leaps into hyperspace? Or that the Death Star disintegrates the planet Alderan in an instant?

Those who love Star Wars dream that these things are possible. Or maybe the problem has never been raised, I pay for the pleasures that the George Lucas saga gives us. The spirited astrophysicist from Superquark and Alle falde del Kilimanjaro will talk about the results of his analyzes on Friday 30 July at 9 pm at the Planetarium of Lecco.
