Palazzina Appiani and Villa Necchi open their doors after sunset with FAI evenings

In Milan (and beyond) the FAI evenings are back, an initiative dedicated to the most beautiful places in Italy, to be discovered after sunset. After the many months spent at home and thanks to the summer, there is a great desire to go out to spend a day outdoors, until late in the evening, in contact with nature and art, to discover nearby places and often little known that deserve a trip or a short vacation. The assets of the Foundation – including villas, castles, monasteries, abbeys, towers, but also natural areas, parks and gardens – are an ideal destination and, precisely to make every moment of leisure experienced in these unique places unique and special, on the occasion of the FAI

Villa Appiani

In the Lombard capital it will be possible to visit the Appiani Palace in Parco Sempione by candlelight in the evenings. of 8, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29 July, 5, 12, 19 and 25 August. At sunset, the Bene will open by reservation only for a visit to discover the history of this neoclassical jewel, symbol of Milan, and at the same time to enjoy the view of the city illuminated by the suggestive loggia overlooking the Civic Arena.

Villa Necchi Campiglio

Villa Necchi Campiglio, in the center of Milan, will also welcome visitors in the evening for an exclusive aperitif in the garden by the pool, in the shade of the large magnolias in bloom. On the evenings of 16, 21, 29 July and 26 August, from 19.30 to 22.30, the flower beds, the elegant facade of the villa will be the setting for a special evening to spend with friends, during which the setting of the sun will give way to the soft light of candles, for an aperitif by the Villa's Cafeteria. The drink is not included.
